All products are farmed and supplied by Indigenous Australians, supported by the Outback Spirit Foundation, to setup and run their own businesses. This provides long term Indigenous employment opportunities in outback Australia. The Ingredients are sourced from remote areas such as Cooktown, Cape York, West Kimberly, Rainbow Valley, Yorke Peninsular and Alice Springs.
Sauces, chutneys, dressings, condiments, herbs and spices from ethically and culturally sourced bush foods such as bush tomatoes, wild rosella, lemon myrtle, native herbs and spices, mountain pepper, quandong, kakudu plum, davidson plum, wild lime which are combined with traditional ingredients such as thyme and passionfruit. All grown and sourced naturally and organically to provide gluten free, vitamin and antioxidant enriched condiments that are free from chemicals and delicious to eat.
